Very Simple Plone Web Site Needed

BullsEye Dog Rescue is seeking a person to help create a web site built in Plone.  We currently have a web site, but have no volunteers with html skills to maintain it.  As a current plone user at my paid job, I thought Plone would be a perfect solution but given we are a relatively new organization and have no money we have very minimal funds with which to pay someone.  We are hoping that there might be a dog lover out there in this community that could possibly write the code for our Plone based web site for free or next to nothing and we will populate it.  The scope of the project would be a very, very simple web site.  To view our current web site to get an idea of the simplicity we are speaking of please visit www.bullseyerescue.org
