Next Steps for Expanding the Website

To make the site even more shiny and useful, we invite people to form small teams outside of the Plone Gatherings meetings to tackle a specific aspect of creating a vibrant and useful Seattle Plone Gathering website.

Teams could include:

• Site Look'n'Feel (Skins and Templates)
• New Content Types (Archetypes)
• Content Areas (What sort of useful information do we need to have on the site?)

If you'd like to work on the graphic design or create new content types for this site, please contact Andrew or Brian.

Note: To contribute to these more advanced features, you'd need to create a local Plone 2.1 instance on a local machine that will act as your development instance -- and we can send you the latest files to work. This is so that we maintain site stability so that users can start posting information to the site.
